My mission is to help clients achieve success in all aspects of fitness. I can facilitate your growth and help you meet your goals. For clients located near Oak Harbor Washington, I have a gym for one on one sessions. For all others I am happy to do online training sessions via Zoom.
My Fitness Story
From a very young age I was always interested in physical activity. In my elementary school years that involved football, soccer, and basketball on top of school yard freerunning antics. I continued in playing in these competitive sports ( soccer and basketball) as I grew up while taking on Tae- Kwon-Do and various other styles of martial arts. I eventually joined the US Navy at age 19 where I underwent many months of intense training supervised by some of the top coaches and NSW instructors. From there I continued training myself out in the Fleet. After I honorably separated from the military, I kept working to develop a program that was sustainable and strength driven. I also practiced skills such as rock climbing, freerunning, and movement choreography. I utilize all aspects of fitness including strength/resistance training, HIIT (high intensity interval training), crossfit, cardiovascular training, breath work, water work, mental and psychological endurance tasks, and focus exercises. Yoga
My yoga journey started with my personal journey of surviving narcissistic abuse, into discovering self-awareness through yoga. Seeking grounding and a deeper connection to my body, mind, energies, and culture, I decided to not just learn about yoga but to become a teacher. I kindled a new flame within and dedicated my mind and body to a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, earning certification through ISSA and registering with the esteemed Yoga Alliance.
Yoga, for me, is more than a practice; it's an ignition of a unique mind-body connection.
